Human resources managers don’t typically create office food programs, but you sure are stuck with facilitating them.
Before implementation, you’re tasked with finding a good fit to accommodate cost, food selection, and space limitations. After implementation, you’re tasked with maintaining and evaluating your efforts.
Because this type of program sits at the crux of employee wellness, employee engagement, and office culture, it can be a bit hard to nail down what it is. So, we dug into the literature, talked to a few of our good friends in the field, and took a stab at defining the scope of office food programs.
